Creating that special environment for family, friends, and clients to enjoy is Matt's measure of success and his driving ambition.

Continuing a family tradition of residential home building that spans four generations in the DC area, Matt has spent a lifetime on construction sites. Throughout his career, Matt has collaborated on and managed numerous projects that have won awards for excellence in residential home building, including multiple MNCBIA Gold Awards for annual Best Custom Homes; Custom Additions; and Whole House Renovation projects.

OMAR SHAWQI
One of the DC area's most talented construction minds, Omar brings a highly analytical approach to all aspects of home building. His skillful management of structure's day-to-day field operations ensures that each structure. project is built with an unmatched level of care, precision, and attention-to-detail.
. Omar started his career in high-quality custom homebuilding after graduating from the University of Michigan and moving to the DC area. His extensive industry experience ranges from initially working as a laborer and light carpenter to eventually developing hands-on knowledge of nearly every residential trade. He is well versed in complex estimating, project management, client relations, and business operations.
A rare master in the art of residential renovations, there is no old home that Omar cannot make better than it ever was - and arguably better than any new home could be.

JULIO GARCIA

SERGIO BELLONI
Before entering custom home building, Sergio spent the early part of his career in hotel management, where he worked on launching and running new hotels for Marriott, Hilton, and other national brands. Through this experience, Sergio developed knowledge of large scale construction processes, procurement logistics, and guest management.
These incredible skills have made Sergio an invaluable member of the structure. team. Focused on individual project management, Sergio keeps each of his projects running smoothly with a high level of care and attention that comes with a touch of his natural hospitality. A genuine people-person, he also runs the service and warranty operations of structure. with a sincere desire to make each homeowner's experience truly personal and special.
